The challenge
I Shot It needed to modernize its outdated system to meet the demands of a growing user base and improve usability across desktop and mobile platforms. Additionally, the platform had to support white-label partnerships, allowing other businesses to create branded photo competition apps.
The solution
We undertook a
comprehensive revamp of I Shot It’s digital presence by developing a new,
user-friendly website and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The core of our solution
was creating a secure platform with a microservice architecture, that
would be both scalable and resilient. This platform supports multiple branded
instances, allowing I Shot It to offer white-label solutions to their clients . Each
instance is fully customizable, meaning partners can host their own photo
competitions with unique branding, categories, and content. The new system also
features a secure user access and identity management system, and cloud-hosted
infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability. Users can submit their
photos to competitions using credits or payments, have their photos approved and
judged, and winners are allocated seamlessly through the
platform.
