About the project
GLP is a global leader in logistics and real estate, known for its commitment to providing efficient logistics solutions and high-quality real estate offerings. Recognising the need to improve its online presence to align with its strategic focus on property and logistics, GLP engaged us to enhance its digital landscape. This project aimed to transform their website into a platform that effectively showcased GLP’s diverse services, improved customer engagement, and strengthened their position in the competitive market. Our collaboration centred around creating a user-friendly, informative site that accurately reflected GLP’s brand and its dedication to excellence in the industry.

The challenge
GLP’s existing website did not effectively communicate its value proposition and was hindered by a poor user experience, outdated design, and a lack of cohesive narrative. The necessity for a strategic overhaul was clear, requiring an understanding of digital best practices and market dynamics to create a site that accurately represented GLP’s brand and strategic objectives.

centred on several key initiatives:
In-Depth Research and
Analysis: We conducted comprehensive research on GLP’s
digital strategies alongside those of comparison companies—both competitors and
industry leaders—to inform our recommendations and guide GLP’s positioning in
the property and logistics sectors.
Homepage
Redesign: We modernised the eu.glp.com homepage, enhancing
user experience through strategic workshops with GLP stakeholders, user experience
(UX) analysis to identify pain points, and the creation of engaging prototypes that
reflected GLP’s brand identity.
Enhanced Property Search
Functionality: We improved property search capabilities to be more
intuitive and user-friendly by incorporating advanced filtering options to guide
users through their searches.
Lead Capture and Microsoft Dynamics
Integration: After auditing GLP’s existing lead capture forms, we
designed and developed new GDPR-compliant forms based on the stages of the sales
journey: awareness, intent, and consideration. These forms were integrated directly
with Microsoft Dynamics, streamlining data flow, reducing manual efforts, and
helping GLP generate and nurture leads more effectively. Additionally, we designed
and created HTML email templates in Dynamics for different uses, such as events and
property promotion, ensuring they could be consistently used by teams across
Europe.
PPC Campaign Management: We developed and
managed targeted pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to enhance GLP’s online
visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website. Our approach included keyword
research, ad copy optimisation, and performance tracking to ensure a strong return
on investment and effective audience engagement.
Ongoing Support and
Maintenance: We assumed responsibility for hosting and maintaining
the GLP website ensuring optimal performance and security with regular updates
tailored to their business needs.
Fractional Marketing
Services: We provided a range of support services as an extension
of GLP’s marketing team, including managing technical requests, website
updates, and implementing a streamlined ticketing system for efficient handling of
requests.
